International Student Assistance Policy

1. Purpose
   The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for Wrightway Education Inc., an educational consulting company, in assisting international students with Academic advising and career counseling. This policy aims to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our clients while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
2.  Scope
   This policy applies to all employees and representatives of Wrightway Education Inc. involved in providing educational consulting services to international students seeking to study and work in Canada.
3. Services Offered
   3.1. Academic Guidance: Wrightway Education Inc. will assist international students in choosing appropriate educational programs and institutions that align with their career goals.
   3.2. Immigration Documentation: Our company will provide support and high-level information regarding immigration policies and acknowledge that we are not RCIC’s. Through collaboration agreements, registered RCIC’s and their respective organizations will assist us in immigration matters pertaining to immigration documents, such as study permits and visas.
   3.3. Post-Graduation Employment: We will assist students in understanding and navigating the post-graduation work permit (PGWP) process, helping them transition from student status to working professionals in Canada in collaboration with RCIC’S
4. Ethical Standards
   4.1. Wrightway Education Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients and educational institutions.
   4.2. Conflicts of Interest: Employees and representatives of Wrightway Education Inc. must disclose any conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of the consulting process.
5. Confidentiality
   5.1. Wrightway Education Inc. will handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality. Personal information will only be shared with the explicit consent of the client or as required by law.
6. Continuous Professional Development
   6.1. Wrightway Education Inc. will encourage employees to participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with changes in immigration laws, educational policies, and industry best practices.
7. Grievance Procedure
   7.1. A grievance procedure will be established to address any concerns or disputes raised by clients regarding our services. This procedure will be communicated clearly to clients.
8. Compliance Monitoring
   8.1. Wrightway Education Inc. will conduct regular reviews of its processes and services to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical and professional standards.
9. Review and Revision
   9.1. This policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to reflect changes in legislation, regulations, or company practices. By adhering to the principles outlined in this policy, Wrightway Education Inc. aims to provide exemplary educational consulting services to international students pursuing academic and professional opportunities in Canada.
